You send us your project details, we contact you to discuss your specific needs, and then we can provide you with a quote and a timeline for delivery.

Then we discuss the deliverables you need, and we provide you with the final stills, panoramas, realtime experience, and any other assets you require. You don't have to decide what deliverables you need upfront, you can decide that at any time, as once the 3D model is ready, it can be used to create any deliverable you want, at any time.

For the stills, we will send them to you, uncompressed and in high quality. For the panoramas, we will host them for you, and we will share you a link to the viewer, so you can share it with your clients, or embed it on your website. For the realtime experience, we will provide you with a link to download the application.

FusionLayers™ is our proprietary technology that allows for near-unlimited customization options in 3D models, making it easier to create unique and tailored visualizations.

The following is a technical description of how it works:

Normally, every variation (home style, wall color, floor color, etc) will have to be rendered together, meaning that the total number of permutations will be the number of styles multiplied by the number of layouts, multiplied by the number of options, multiplied by the number of furniture sets, multiplied by the number of furniture options, etc. This means that if you have 3 styles, 2 layouts, 2 furniture sets and 3 furniture options, you will have to render 3 * 2 * 2 * 3 = 36 different variations.

With FusionLayers™, we can render each style, layout, furniture set and furniture option separately, and then combine them together in in our panoramas by overlaying them on top of each other. This means that you can have as many styles, layouts and options as you want, without having to render them all together. So in the previous example, it would be 3 + 2 + 2 + 3 renders, so 10 renders in total, rather than 36. Meaning, the way it now scales is additive, rather than multiplicative.

This allows us to create a virtually unlimited number of variations, giving you the flexibility to showcase your project in any style or layout you desire.

Yes, we cover the bandwidth costs for your projects, ensuring no unexpected bills or high costs when your content goes viral.

This is a big deal. Most people don't realize how expensive it can be to host high-quality 3D panoramas, especially if they are shared widely. And that is mostly because most people don't realize how big panorama images are.

The following is a technical breakdown that illustrates just how expensive it can be:

First, the size of the panorama images. The panorama images come in multiple quality levels, so that they can load in quickly (level 1), then in a reasonable amount of time go to an acceptable visual quality (level 2), and then become very sharp and high quality a few seconds after that (level 3). Our panorama images are about 0.2MB for level 1 (low resolution, heavy compression), then about 2MB for level 2 (high resolution, heavy compression), and then about 16MB for level 3 (high resolution, no compression). So in total, a panorama image is about 18.2MB in size. Let's round it up to 20MB for simplicity.

Now, say the average user goes through 10 different locations, and tries out 3 different styles, that is 30 panorama images per user. So that is 30 * 20MB = 600MB per user.

If you have 1000 users in a month, that is 1000 * 600MB = 600GB of data transferred in that month.

How much companies charge for bandwidth varies, but we have seen prices ranging from $0.10 (very cheap) to $1.00 (scammy) per GB. For 600GB a month, the cost of that can be anywhere from $60 to $600 per month, just for the bandwidth of the panoramas. This is not including the cost of the server, the cost of the storage, or any other costs associated with hosting the panoramas.

Now, this already sounds like a lot, but this is only for 1000 users a month. If you have a good social media presence, and you share your panoramas on social media, you can easily get 10,000 users a month, or even more. In that case, the cost of the bandwidth can go up to $6000 per month, which is far more than what most people would expect to pay for hosting their panoramas.

Because of this, we cover the full bandwidth costs for your panoramas, so you can share them freely without worrying about unexpected bills or high costs. This allows you to focus on selling your homes, rather than worrying about the unforeseen costs of hosting and sharing your panoramas.

To make up for this, as well as for the hosting and server costs, we charge a small monthly fee for hosting the panoramas, which is $120 per month per project (regardless of how many panoramas your project has). This is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you can share your panoramas freely, without worrying about unexpected bills or high costs.

If your panoramas end up costing us more than $120 per month, we will take care of the extra costs, so you don't have to worry about it. Even if it means we will end up making a loss on your project, we will still cover the costs, as we want to make sure that you can share your panoramas freely without having to worry about any of this.

Our panorama viewer is designed to work seamlessly across all platforms, including desktop, tablets and mobile devices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all users.

As for our in-office realtime 3D application, it is optimized for desktop and also supports full VR, providing an immersive experience, especially if you have a VR headset available.

For the panorama viewer, it runs smoothly on all devices, including smartphones and tablets. We have optimized the performance of our viewer extensively, ensuring it will run smoothly, even on the oldest and slowest devices out there.

For our in-office realtime 3D application, we recommend a desktop with a dedicated NVIDIA graphics card with at least 24GB of VRAM for the best performance, especially if you want to use VR. We recommend a NVIDIA 5090, the desktop version (not the laptop version, as that is quite a bit slower). The NVIDIA 4090 can also work, but a 5090 is recommended as it is much faster. Going for a cheaper/slower card will come at the cost of how smooth the experience will be. The CPU does not matter as much, and for RAM it is recommended to have at least 32GB.

We have in-house specialists and can help you put together a custom PC build that is optimized for our software, free of charge. The cost of the hardware of a computer like that will be around $5000, depending on the exact specifications and the current market prices of the components, and will easily last you for 5-10 years, depending on how fast the technology advances.

We typically deliver initial drafts within 1-2 weeks, depending on the project size and complexity. We prioritize quality and speed, ensuring you get your visuals as quickly as possible without compromising on detail.

Every project is unique, so the exact price depends on size and complexity.

That said, for the average project, these are the typical prices:

  1. Creating the 3D model: $5700 (this is required for all projects, as this is needed to create any deliverable)

These are our prices for the average project. Average meaning, a common home floorplan, with roughly 5-20 stills, 50-200 panorama variations, and a 3D model with 3 styles and some furniture options.

We provide free technical support for the stills and panoramas, and we provide free minor technical support for the realtime 3D application.

We've rarely had clients who needed extensive technical support for the realtime 3D application (like: ongoing support for their specific hardware or VR equipment), but if you are in the need for that, we can provide it on-demand at a rate of $150/hour with a minimum of 1 hour per request. Custom monthly support plans are also available, in case you'd like to have ongoing support for your specific hardware or VR equipment at a fixed monthly rate.

Thanks to our advanced automations and AI-driven workflow, we can produce studio-level quality for a very affordable price. You get premium visuals without the premium markup.

For example, one way we save costs is by generating the 3D model of the architectural shell of a project (the walls, roof, floors) directly from the floorplan, using our custom-made "geometry scripting tools". Doing this manually, as most teams are doing, will take about 2 full days, but with our advanced tools this typically only takes 1-2 hours.

Similarly, we have automation tools for furniture and fixtures, lighting, landscaping — even terrain details like grass and trees. We can generate virtually every element of a scene in a fraction of the time.

All these tools save a lot of time and effort, which allows us to offer our services at a much lower price than other studios.

Fun fact: we originally planned to sell this software, hence the name "EnvTools". However, after a lot of consideration, we decided to keep them in-house, and now focus entirely on delivering high-quality 3D visualizations to customers directly, rather than selling tools to other studios.
